• When you purchase through Hoffman Gable Design's Shop, orders are fulfilled by our trade partner, SideDoor.

• PLEASE TAKE NOTE: all sales are final (unless damaged in transit).

• Immediately inspect all things upon receipt. If the item(s) is damaged, take photos of the damaged package and item, and contact SideDoor Customer Support. The SideDoor team will arrange a repair or for the manufacturer to send a replacement.

• The logistics and customer care teams at SideDoor will handle any questions concerning your order and delivery, as well as any issues that arise with your order.
